WHO DO I WORK WITH?
Warwickshire County Cricket Club
I am in my second season as academy nutritionist for Warwickshire CCC. My role consists of educating players and putting together the correct nutritional strategies that they require, in order to maximise their performance during matches, but also to enhance fuelling and recovery from training sessions. Along with recently putting together and hosting cookery demonstrations and nutritional seminars with Wasps RFC Head Chef Abbi Gaurav. During the past 2 years at Warwickshire, a number of academy players have gone on to represent England at international level and also cement their side in the senior 1st XI.
Solicitors Firms and Corporate Companies
Another aspect of my practice has been corporate well-being programmes. We all experience the classic mid afternoon slump during a long day in the office. However, it isn’t common knowledge that food plays a large role in the way that our brain functions and contributes to this slump. By eating poorly and not providing the body with the correct foods, our cognitive performance can actually decrease by between 30-40%. Imagine adding an additional 30-40% productivity to your day, purely by changing the kind of food that you eat! I have worked with companies such as Pinsent Masons & FBC Manby Bowdler solicitors, educating high-functioning employees on how to optimise their performance in the workplace and enhancing their immune system, with the aim of reducing sick days and absenteeism, by fuelling their bodies with the correct foods.
Weight Loss Clients
"Callum has been an unbelievable find for me. I can't complain about my life up to last September but overeating and drinking too much had caught up to me and I really needed to lose weight. In Callum I have a fabulous mentor, a compassionate and understanding coach and most of all a friend who really cares about seeing me achieve the result I set out to achieve. At this point, I have lost 6 stone in weight and have at least a further 2 stone to go but I have no reservations about achieving that with Callum's support...and I have no reservations in saying that if you engage Callum's services, you will have zero regrets and quickly see the result."
"Callum is just so easy to achieve goals with - I lost 2 stone in 8 weeks and felt on top of the world - but what really made the difference was the guidance he gave my son to gain weight, eat well and just generally a positive influence and Perfect mentor and coach - words cannot express how much he has done for us. For anyone considering his services - it’s the best investment you can make - he gives knowledge for life and a way to succeed that remains way beyond the time spent with Callum. "
I have been working with Henry for nearly 3 years now. After an incredibly promising season last year, Henry earned himself a call up to the England Lions squad and was also invited to be part of the England ODI squad to face India last summer. Capable of bowling in excess of 90mph, the intense nature of fast bowling takes its toll on the body and needs to be matched with the correct nutritional strategies. Not only is he completely dedicated to his performance on the field, his commitment to his food and recovery clearly shows why he has been selected as one of The Guardian's 5 sportsmen to shine in 2019.
